Hi, my name is Brent Paul and I am the President of Phantom-Dynamics, LLC. I have over eighteen years' experience working with the US Navy supporting both submarine and surface ship designs with a primary focus on using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and analytical methods to perform this work. I also have significant experience on propulsor acoustic analysis, including silencing techniques for turbulence ingestion, blade rate, and trailing edge noise mechanisms. My expertise also includes the prediction and assessment of external flow noise for surface ships and underwater vehicles.
